Manufacturing
AXIM's manufacturing and distribution centers are state-of-the-art facilities designed for high volume production and distribution of admixtures for concrete and additives for cement. Safety and environmental protection are the determining factors in our designs and is the base of plant operations.
Our automated manufacturing process in our plants is controlled by custom designed software. The system monitors in real-time a wide array of production and quality parameters ensuring the exceptional quality and consistency of our products.
The computerized production process is complemented by one of the most stringent Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs - ISO 9002. The Total Quality Management System ensures the quality and consistency of our products, testing, and operating procedures beginning with raw material selection and verification through production process and quality inspection to finished products. |
