Multi-Component Admixtures That Deliver Superior Concrete Performance
CATEXOL™ mid-range water reducers are multi-component admixtures that yield 5 to 18 percent water reduction making it easy to achieve slumps of 5" to 8" (125 to 220mm). This generation of admixtures carefully integrates new and existing chemical technology to give superior concrete finishes, control set times, increase workability while improving the pumpability of the concrete.
Certain CATEXOL mid-range water reducers are also effective at off-setting the retarding affects of mineral admixtures such as slag and fly ash, thus optimizing concrete costs and durability. Our mid-range admixtures meet the requirements of ASTM C 494 Type A and/or Type G.
